Youngstown native and Aim Regional Vice President of Operations, Pat Grandy, was inducted into the Struthers Athletics Hall of Fame for both high school football and high school basketball. During his high school years, he led the football team with records in receptions and touchdown receptions and he led the basketball team to the 1999 District Championship/Regional Final. Pat went on to play college football at Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA.

Scherry got her start in the transportation industry back in 1996 working for Fyda Freightliner in the warranty department. Two years later, in ’98, Scherry would join Aim’s warranty department, and, going on 25 years since, she has climbed the ranks while simultaneously establishing herself as an invaluable resource for Aim’s nationwide maintenance division.

Aim Transportation Solutions is thrilled to announce the promotion of Jessica Bochy Deane to Vice President of Marketing. Since coming on board in 2008, Deane has risen through the ranks by forming and growing Aim’s marketing department into a well-oiled machine for lead generation and brand elevation.

As Aim’s Vice President of Marketing, Deane will continue to lead the company’s marketing efforts on multiple fronts: promoting Aim’s unparalleled commercial fleet services, managing Aim’s brand identity, and, as of 2022, promoting Aim as an employer to foster recruiting and improve retention.

As the old adage goes: If you bought it, a truck brought it. It’s a short and simple statement, yet, in just eight words, it underscores how necessary truck drivers are to our daily lives. To help the nation not lose sight of this, National Truck Driver Appreciation Week (NTDAW) is held every year in September. During this weeklong event, Americans are asked to show their appreciation for the country’s 3.5 million professional truck drivers and the fundamental role they carry out quietly and with pride. So, before we go any further, we want to say: Thank you, drivers. We truly appreciate you. All of you.
