Aim Celebrates Pat Grandy’s Hall of Fame Status

Youngstown native and Aim Regional Vice President of Operations, Pat Grandy, was inducted into the Struthers Athletics Hall of Fame for both high school football and high school basketball. During his high school years, he led the football team with records in receptions and touchdown receptions and he led the basketball team to the 1999 District Championship/Regional Final. Pat went on to play college football at Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA.

Members of Aim’s Integrated Logistics team honored Pat’s hall-of-fame status by way of a pregame tailgate party before a Struthers High School football game.

“Aim is fortunate to have many folks like Pat Grandy who give 100% every day to team Aim,” said Senior Vice President of Integrated Sales, Tom Reda. “It was great to be able to celebrate him and his achievements during our tailgate.”

“Being inducted into the Struthers Athletic Hall of Fame was a tremendous honor,” Grandy said. “I was incredibly lucky to play for great coaches who demanded accountability, hard work and team-driven goals, and these are lessons that I apply to my professional life to this day.”

Pat has been with Aim for a little over ten years and has served in his current role as Regional Vice President of Operations in the Youngstown-Cleveland area for the last three years.

“Pat is an all-star at Aim just like he was in high school on the football field and basketball court,” said Tom Reda.

In Pat’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his three kids Aubree, Lincoln, Jackson, and other family members. He also spends his time refereeing varsity basketball.
