Aim Virtual Facilities Promotes Two

As Aim Transportation Solutions continues to provide industry-leading service
to customers all across the United States, we are proud to announce the
promotion of two individuals working to shape our Virtual Facilities.

“Virtual Facilities—Branch 99 is its own unique service we provide to our customers in locations where we do not have a brick-and-mortar Aim location to support their equipment,” said Director of Maintenance East, Steve Shacklock. “The day-to-day operation has its own unique challenges, relying on our nationwide network of service providers, the team in Branch 99 keep our customers on the road and their products delivered to their customers smoothly and efficiently.”

Now leading the charge in Branch 99 will be Frank Pauley and Kim Learn. Both began their careers with Aim in 2014 and have held multiple positions throughout the company—making them incredibly well-suited to handle the unique challenges that come with the job.

Frank Pauley moves from Virtual Facilities Service Manager to Virtual Facilities Maintenance Manager and will oversee the day-to-day operations within Branch 99. Frank’s career with Aim began in October of 2014 as a Road Rescue Coordinator. Since then, he has held the positions of Road Rescue Shift Manager and Virtual Facilities Maintenance Manager and is looking forward to using his next position as a springboard to continue his advancement within Aim.

“I’m looking forward to using my experience with Aim and Branch 99 in this position. In the long-term, I’d like to work with Aim in any and all positions that allow me to grow and be successful within this company," said Pauley. "My goal is to spend the rest of my career helping shape this company and to retire as an Aim employee."

“I’ve stayed at Aim because of the family environment and personal attention employees of Aim receive,” he continued. “You’re not just a number here. The owners of the company know your name, ask how your kids are, ask how your life is and genuinely care about making your quality of life better. In addition to the personal aspect, we’re paid what we’re worth. Aim will never hesitate to pay an employee for the level or work they perform and the time they put in. We are taken care of personally, professionally, and financially. That’s something that makes me want to go to work every day.”

When Frank is not propelling himself to success at Aim, he enjoys cheering on the Cleveland Browns, detailing cars, spending time with his wife and three daughters and making memories with his grandson.

Filling Frank’s former role is Kim Learn. Kim will be moving into the position of Virtual Facilities Service Manager where she will be the one-stop contact for all the scheduled maintenance requirements and any resources Aim customers need to keep their units on the road.

Beginning her career with Aim in June of 2014, Kim has held the positions of Warranty Clerk and Warranty Administrator prior to her newest position.

“The management at Aim has provided me with a great opportunity to grow,” said Kim. “I know I can always express my opinion on any subject and management will listen to suggestions and offer meaningful solutions.”

“I look forward to spending the rest of my career here at Aim,” she continued. “I am excited to be involved in the growth of the company and see a bright, positive future for this team.”

We have no doubt that Kim will help foster that positivity and bring Branch 99 into the future. In her down time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors while gardening, fishing, and camping.

“Kim and Frank have both been exemplary in their previous positions. I look forward to them growing into their new roles and am excited to have them step up to the new challenge,” said Steve Shacklock.

At Aim, it’s no secret that our employees are our most valuable asset. As members of our talented team retire or move into new roles, leaving vacancies, it is always our first priority to look inward. As we continue to support the transportation needs of our customers, we are fortunate to have an endless supply of hard-working individuals, like Frank and Kim, at Aim ready and willing to help us rise to the challenge.
