Dan Fleming Named Senior Vice President of Sales Operations
Since coming on board in 2016, Dan Fleming has routinely proven himself vital to Aim Transportation Solutions and the success of the sales department, and that’s why Aim Transportation Solutions is delighted to announce the promotion of Dan Fleming to Senior Vice President of Sales Operations.
In Dan’s expanded role, he will be a key part of shaping and executing our sales operations strategy and driving operational efficiency. He will also be instrumental in equipment purchasing, price modeling, CRM management and ensuring seamless collaboration within the sales team.
Dan says his favorite part about working at Aim is the family culture and went on to highlight that part of what makes Aim so special is the longevity of careers. “People buy into Aim’s family culture, and they stay put for a long time.”

“This promotion is exciting because it gives me the opportunity to bring my diverse experience to the sales team,” Dan said. “I get to apply knowledge and skills I’ve gained over 30 years in the transportation industry and bring them into my new role.”
Outside of Aim, Fleming stands out as an active board member of key associations that contribute significantly to the industry’s development—specifically, the Truck Rental and Leasing Association and the Virginia Trucking Association.
Fleming’s dedication to both organizations, and recent elections to both boards, showcases his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends, fostering collaboration within the transportation industry and advocating on behalf of the interests of Aim, its valued customers and the industry at large. It also demonstrates his unique expertise and thorough understanding of the commercial transportation industry inside and out.
In Dan’s free time, he and his wife HJ are members of George Washington’s Mount Vernon Neighborhood Friends Steering Committee, he’s a member of his church’s finance council and he likes to paddleboard, ski, golf, and enjoys drumming in two different bands.
