Aim Provides Driver Training to FSL Customer, MMK Logistics
Members of Aim’s Sales, Safety, and Maintenance teams paid a visit to long-term lease customer, MMK Logistics in East Dundee, IL, this month. As a show of support and the on-going customer service Aim provides, Aim team members sat down with MMK drivers to hold a Q&A and offer solutions to build a more streamlined operation.
“The MMK management team was interested in extra training for their drivers, and we were happy to provide that service free of charge,” said Aim Director of Key Accounts Kerry Langlois.
By Kerry maintaining close contact with MMK and continuing to support them, he was able to see this need and help coordinate with the Aim Safety and Maintenance teams to make this driver meeting possible. Aim Safety Manager Youssef El Asmawi covered an intro to driver safety, pre- and post-trip inspection training, and shared some of the tools that Aim’s safety team uses to keep driver safety at the forefront of their operation.
While Asmawi offered tips on avoiding preventable breakdowns, some breakdowns are unable to be prevented. Aim’s Elmhurst Service Manager Jeff Burhop was there to offer his support and let drivers know Aim’s 24/7-365 service support is always available.
