Aim & Family Express Celebrate Success in January Driver Meeting
Aim Transportation Solutions’ team had the pleasure of collaborating for a routine meeting—which highlighted a monumental achievement—with the driver and helper staff of their long-standing Integrated Logistics partner, Family Express.
Family Express, a renowned chain of 81 convenience stores in Indiana, has been a cherished customer of Aim Integrated Logistics for many years. Originating on Christmas Day in 1975 under the leadership of President and CEO Gus Olympidis, this award-winning chain continues to expand, with plans for new locations currently in progress, and Aim is grateful to play a role in their success.
The driver meeting kicked off with an enjoyable breakfast and coffee conversation followed by a warm introduction from Family Express’ Director of Distribution Center Operations, Derrick Woods, that emphasized Family Express’ appreciation for the Aim Integrated Logistics team.
Tony Miele, Regional VP of Operations at Aim Transportation Solutions, expressed gratitude for Family Express’s outstanding pride in their experience, professionalism, and overall culture: “We are truly grateful for their efforts, and we want to extend our heartfelt appreciation. The Aim Integrated Logistics team celebrated a noteworthy achievement of 800 consecutive working days without injuries with their Family Express drivers and helper. They conveyed heartfelt messages about this accomplishment through a video montage featuring personal words of appreciation from Dave Gurska, COO of Aim Integrated Logistics; Brandon Stieb, VP of Operations; and Ron Bourque, Senior VP of Safety and others. Achieving this significant milestone requires high levels of commitment and awareness from every team member, and the Aim team greatly values this success.

The team eagerly anticipates discovering the winner of the next traditional photo opportunity.
