Members of Aim’s Sales, Safety, and Maintenance teams paid a visit to long-term lease customer, MMK Logistics in East Dundee, IL, this month. As a show of support and the on-going customer service Aim provides, Aim team members sat down with MMK drivers to hold a Q&A and offer solutions to build a more streamlined operation.
Maintenance is the heartbeat of Aim’s day-to-day operations. In fact, Aim’s award-winning service not only sustains us; it elevates us. It’s why more and more companies are choosing Aim for their transportation needs. Aim as a company doesn’t get to its elite level without hardworking, dedicated individuals, those like Scherry May, who was recently promoted to Maintenance Support Director.
Scherry got her start in the transportation industry back in 1996 working for Fyda Freightliner in the warranty department. Two years later, in ’98, Scherry would join Aim’s warranty department, and, going on 25 years since, she has climbed the ranks while simultaneously establishing herself as an invaluable resource for Aim’s nationwide maintenance division.
After completing a large-scale expansion project, Aim Transportation Solutions in Pottsville, PA, has doubled the size of its truck maintenance facility, allowing for higher output, enhanced service and quicker turnaround for new and existing customers alike.
This investment builds on already strong, enduring partnerships with area businesses. Over the last few years, the local Aim maintenance team has earned quite the shining reputation. The shop, located at 1182 on Highway 61, is known for its “can do” attitude. That is, when it comes to truck maintenance and repairs, there’s nothing these guys can’t or won’t do.
Aim Transportation Solutions is thrilled to announce three promotions within its robust maintenance division: LeRoy Casali has been promoted to Director of Maintenance ProShops (while continuing as Director of Maintenance for Aim shops in Colorado and Arizona); Nick Martin to Director of Maintenance West; and Marcus Hawk to Regional Maintenance Director Region 8.
Aim Transportation Solutions is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Disantis to Vice President of Maintenance. Since beginning his career at Aim in 1988, Disantis has been instrumental in elevating Aim’s maintenance services to the nationally renowned, award-winning level our customers rely on.
We’re proud to share that three of our expert techs placed first in three of the seven regions Aim competed in and are one step closer to becoming the Top Tech.
We’re thrilled to share that three of our talented techs placed first in four of the nine NationaLease regions and are one step closer to be awarded the title of Top Tech.
In order to uphold Aim’s unmatched brand of fleet maintenance services, communication and a unified mission are critical. So, bi-yearly, Aim holds a maintenance directors meeting to review goals, changes, new programs and whatever is necessary to keep the wrenches turning efficiently for Aim’s customers scattering the nation.
Ten years of business partnership is a message unto itself. It’s one that demonstrates value, satisfaction and an ongoing mutually beneficial relationship. On that, Aim Transportation Solutions recently hit a landmark 10-year anniversary with one of many of its long-term customers: Hensley Beverage Company. Starting in 2010, Hensley has been benefitting from Aim’s ProShop service, a unique offering in which Aim assumes the responsibilities (and liability) of a business’s on-site fleet maintenance shop, and, in turn, the customer receives all the benefits of Aim’s decades of maintenance experience as well as its vast cost-cutting resource network.
Aim has taken on the maintenance responsibilities for an additional 100 tractors and 225 trailers, thanks to a new Aim ProShop agreement with General Transport Inc., a family-owned transportation and logistics company based in Akron, Ohio.
