Leadership Mahoning Valley is an extensive ten-month leadership training program that incorporates key community concepts, current leadership trends and unique training opportunities. Each year, the program’s selection committee carefully chooses a handful of exceptional individuals for this transformative journey, and Aim Transportation Solutions is proud to announce Trisha Mossor, Aim Business Development Manager, has been selected as a member of the Leadership Mahoning Valley Class of 2024. For Trisha, a dynamic and driven individual, this honor signals another achievement on a long list of accomplishments and the beginning of an exciting new chapter in her career.
Aim Transportation Solutions CIO & VP of IT, John Reed, has been named Youngstown Business Incubator’s Chairman of the Board.
The Youngstown Business Incubator (YBI) is more than just a business incubator. For the rebounding Youngstown and surrounding areas, it’s a lifeline. Fueled by extraordinary entrepreneurs, business leaders and technical experts, the YBI helps accelerate emerging businesses by providing an array of invaluable services, facilities, equipment and resource networks, all crucial to the revitalization of Northeast Ohio.
For decades, Aim has been committed to making positive, long-lasting impacts in the areas where we live and work, donating time, money and resources to community-enriching campaigns, such as those led by the United Way.
And sometimes Aim finds some rather unique ways to give back, like this most recent one that involves a retired Broadway set, 340 miles and a $1 fee.
The United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley announced last month the success of their 2022 campaign – securing a whopping $6.6 million to expand their positive, long-lasting impacts for those in the Mahoning Valley who need it most.
The Fleming family and Aim Transportation Solutions have been longtime partners of the United Way with Aim Co-President Scott Fleming and his wife and Co-Owner of Mega Barre Youngstown, Erica Fleming, serving as the 2022 United Way campaign chairs.
Aim CIO and VP of IT, John Reed, is giving this cool shark a thumbs-up because Aim is a proud sponsor of the Youngstown Business Incubator's Shark Tank fundraising event. This annual occasion showcases entrepreneurship and innovation while promoting economic development across the Mahoning Valley and Northeast Ohio—the home of Aim’s HQ.
