What started as a fun and festive team-building exercise turned into something much more meaningful this month at Aim’s corporate headquarters in Youngstown, OH.

“I think it just speaks to the center of Aim’s corporate culture that a simple team-building exercise, to create a little bit of fun in the office, turned into a meaningful and impactful fundraising effort,” said Vice President of Human Resources, Carli Kuntze. “We have an amazing group of people at Aim who are always going above and beyond to make a difference in the community.”

Mechanics Michael Fry and Mario Davis from our Walton Hills shop were leaving the gym near Streetsboro, OH, and noticed a woman having car trouble. They offered their assistance to Michele Joseph, who said that she had previous troubles with her car not starting.

Aim and the United Way have been partnering for years to enrich the local community and help those who need it most. Today we kicked off this year’s United Way campaign with pastries and raffle prizes to encourage our awesome employees to get involved!
